4th
Benefits
|
|
The amount of contractual performance stems from the
service contract or the order confirmation.
Ancillary to the

Extent of the contractual benefits amend require
explicit written confirmation by Your Daly Cocktail.

The client pays only the cocktails not the personnel (no
hidden costs).
|
|
There are only spirits brands.
|

5th
Payment Conditions
|
|
(1) A free cancellation up to 10 days before the
event.
Late cancellations have already made the costs
|
|
(Glasses, ice, personnel…) will be reimbursed,
plus a processing fee of € 100.00.
|
|
|
|
(2)
In the event a deposit amounting to
approximately 50% of the expected contract
value figures. The exact height, the
confirmation of the order removed.

|
(3) Payment immediately
after receipt of
the invoice - without any deductions.
|
|
|
|
(4) If the principal is in default of
payment, it is entitled Your Daly Cocktail,
default interest at the rate of 5% to demand.

Set-up and dismantling
